Virtuoso dialog box sizes

 In Virtuoso schematic editing when every I bring up a dialog box for propeties the dialog boxes are never a consisten size.  Some times too small or other times too long.  Each time I have to resize the box.  It's annoying and slows me down when editing schematics or layout.  Does any one know how can I control the dialog box size?

I use Virtuoso on Redhat machine and I am runing IC5141.
