Bug during mixed-extracted view building.

Hi,

 I'm using IC 5.1.41. When I try to build the mixed extracted view of my Mixed-Signal design (top level), using the Build Mixed menu in the Artist LVS form,  the CIW crash and the CDSlog file display this warning:

" MSPS: Using config : Mixed_Signal_ASIC_Core config'
  MSPS: Building mixed_extracted view for Mixed_Signal_ASIC_Core...
 *WARNING* No symbols read, ELF failed for ..../IC5141.ISR200910051550/tools.sun4v/dfII/bin/icfb.exe "

Do you have any idea about this bug ?
