 Hi friends,

how do you mange to calculate the node capacitance in the circuit simulation? any node, such as the output node of the inverter, especially, i can use the captab function to print out a series of capacitance when i perform a transient simulation, the question is that this capacitance changes along with the output voltage, i want to calculate this equavelent capacitance, is it a constant value?

 welcome to any discussion.

regards,

zfeng
