VSDE temperature problem

I recently met this problem of using VSDE:the temperature setup doesn't work.

For a simple example,when i drive a ideal current into a PDK resistor, the voltage across the resistor doesn't change after I changed the temperature in GUI. Also when I sweep the corner,the voltage doesn't change.

My suspect is that the parameter "temperature" didn't work as well as "temp",but the software generated the netlist.

Could anyone know why?
