Cadence Calculator Function for difference between two voltages

 Hi,

 I am running a transient simulation for x seconds

 I would like to find the maximum difference between the applied input voltage and obtained output voltage over the duration of the x second transient simulation.

So far I have VT("/vout")-VT("/vin") obviously.

 Is there a calculator expression for what I want to do?

    You could use the ymax function - so ymax(VT("/vout")-VT("/vin"))

    If you want to do it only for a portion of the simulation, you could use the clip function, and then do ymax:

    ymax(clip(VT("/vout")-VT("/vin") 1u 5u))

    for example.
