DC bias operating point, IC6.14, MMSIM10

 Im trying to figure out how can i obtain DC biased operating point when doing different type of simulation in MMSIM10, under IC6.14?

 

Lets say i have some complicated circuit, and i put specific nodes for plotting (either in ac,dc,tran...and so on).

 But at the same time, i want to have a quick access to a list of table or something, which would tell me DC operating point at each node, as well as all transistor important voltages and currents, like Vgs,Vds...IDs and so on.

 (i always used to do that in free Spice software LTSpice, but i really want to know how could i do something like that in cadence?)

  • You can do control-A to select all the components in one go.

    You can also annotate the operating points to the schematic (use the Annotate menu in the same place as print), and also you can use the Edit Component Display form to change what parameters get annotated.

    This is well covered in the documentation, so I'd suggest you read that.
