saving operating point parameters

Hi all,

using "save N0:oppoint" you can save some info about the operating point of a device.

It there a way to get more parameters using this method, or it is model dependent?

Specifically for BSIM4 I get Ids for example but nothing below that, meaning parameters used to calculate Ids.

Thanks,

Sotiris
