How to see the equations in CDF parameters

Dear Forum, I am tiring to see equations for device ad,as,pd,ps etc. parameters to understand which coefficients they are dependent ,but cannot do that. No callback was used for this calculation in <callbacks> column, but there is also no human friendly equation available. Can you help me to understand where to look  at? Thanks in Advance,Shushanik

Without seeing the CDF it's hard to know precisely how it's been done in the particular (unnamed) PDK that you're using, but my guess is that it's being done by a callback. The callback is not on the destination parameter (ad, as, pd, ps etc), but on the source parameters (w, l etc). Did you check there?

Even if you see the callback, you may not be able to see the source of the callback because it may be either encrypted or in a binary context file.

    Regards,

    Andrew.

Hi Andrew,Thanks for quick response. The callbacks are encrypted, so I cannot see them. The only way is to change parameters and try to figure out the equations(((.Thanks Again,Shushanik

Or ask the provider of the PDK for an explanation of the relationship...
