Difference between Vt_gm, Vt_sat, Vt_lin

Can anyone tell me where I can find the per unit area Vt mismatch values for 2.5 V Nmos in the TSMC 90NM CLN90 General Purpose? I can not find it in the design rule manual.

Also what is the definition and difference between Vt_gm, Vt_sat, Vt_lin.

How can the Vt be different?

Thanks

Best would be to ask TSMC, I'd have thought...
