Power Consumption

Dear All

I am the new user of Cadence. I am try to find out the power dissipation of Inverter, and all gate.

 

Please tell me the procedure to calculate average power dissipation in cadence using calculator.

     What guideline? You have given absolutely no information as to how you are measuring the power, and so I can't see how anyone can answer you - too few details. I suggest you read the forum guidelines.

    I must admit that I was quite shocked that a Professor could ask such a poorly framed question!
