How to abstract / calculate AC resistance from layout

Hi,

I am using IC614. We know the series resistance of a wire increases by the frequency due to the skin effect. So I am wondering how to abstract / calculate AC resistance from layout in virtuoso. The information of sheet resistance provided in technology file is for DC, I believe. In parameter abstraction tool (QRC) of virtuoso, there is not setting of frequency in R abstraction. Any advices? Thanks.
