OS to run cadence license manager

Hello,

I would like to know if it is possible to use "RHEL Desktop" editon to run Cadence license manager and share the license with other computers on RHEL Desktop. Or does it exist a function in "RHEL server" edition that is indispensable to do this ? RHEL Server is much more expensive ...

Another solution is to use CentOS Server edition for the server and RHEL for the workstations ? Any idea ?

 Thanks

    Hi Quek,

    Thanks for your answer

Cost is a concern, support is a concern. I am trying to find the price the less expensive, keeping the support of Cadence. But to ask directly to Cadence support, I must have an account. To have this account, my installation has to be qualified ... So, it is a bit complicated.

    Best regards
