How to export the model file (*.scs) in Cadence ?

    Your question does not make sense to me. A model file is an input used during simulation.  Are you asking how to characterise a model and create a Spectre syntax model file?  Another thing that you might be asking is how to approximate simulated behaviour into a simpler model (e.g. VerilogA or a bsource component) ?

    Please clarify your question or provide more details so that someone might be able to answer it more helpfully.
