*Error* times: can't handle (3.0 * nil)

I've been using the ADE-GXL optimization features on resistors and getting good results.  I’ve now move to trying FETs and I’m getting some strange behavior.  I'm using the optimizer to select the number of fingers for some FETs.  If I set the finger parameters to be scale up to 5 (1:1:5)  then all is well.  If I try for 6 (1:1:6) or above I get netlisting errors.  The errors only occur for those design point where the number of fingers is over 5.
 *Error* times: can't handle (3.0 * nil)
I've verified that I can manually put in as many fingers as I want.
Any thoughts as to what could be happening at nf=6?

    Please contact customer support.

Setting _stacktrace=50 and sstatus(errsetTrace) in the .cdsinit might give a few more clues (yes, there is an underscore in the first statement).

    Regards,
