RPI TFT-Model, parameter extraction, Influence of "type"

In order to simulate some circuits using TFTs, we are trying to extract parameters for the RPI Model (psitft) from measured transistor characteristics. Is there any tool in Cadence which could help?

We have tried fitting the parameters by implementing the model equations manually. Unfortunately, in the Spectre Device Models and Circuit Components Manual it is not explained how the parameter "type" (p-type or n-type TFT) influences the equations. Is there any possibility to get this information?

We are using Spectre Circuit Simulator with external netlists, not the Cadence flow.

Thank your very much for your help!
