Parameter Measurements

Hi everyone,

I am using cadence for my project. I want to know how exactly to measure device parameters like impedance, capacitance, resistance for mos transistors. I am using gpdk180 and virtuoso version 6.1.4. I am a beginer so i would be glad if its a step by step solution.

Thanks in advance.

There have been a number of similar questions to this in the forums - I suggest you use the search capability on the forum to see if any of them help you - and if not, give some specific details of what you're trying to measure (with a picture of the schematic, say).

    Or speak to your supervisor.

    Regards,

    Andrew.
