Licensing problem for QRC extraction

Hello,

I have a license for QRC extraction.

I succeeded at realizing a C extraction. But when I try to realize a R or RC extraction, it gives a licensing error :

ERROR (LBRCXM-617): Unable to obtain 1 license(s) for QRCX_Display_Technology_Option 11.10

Any idea ?

Regards,

I put Non-Manhattan Resistance Accuracy option to default (it was high). Now, the extraction run well. My license may not be sufficient to run this kind of extraction.

    Thanks,

    wighou

     Wighou,

I checked in the documentation, and this license is for product QRCX330. This enables:

    • Mesh Resistance
    • Thick Substrate
    • Non Planar Process
    • Non-Manhatten Resistance

    Regards,

    Andrew.
