DioMod: To check Junction breakdown

Hello,

I am working on the ESD protection circuit. But while simulating the devices, the junction breakdown warning does not come only the oxige breakdown warning comes in all cases. In the model parameters the DioMod=1. Which means that the junction breakdown is not modelled. can I edit the diomod to check junction break down values.

Thanks and Regards

     Thanks for the reply.

Do i have to change it in the     .scs model file.

Or it could be edited from ADE or transistor properties.

    Regards
