Need help in simulation

Hi,
    Can somebody help me to setup  SpectrumMeas function in Viva calucator of IC6.1.4 (of cadence) for my sigma delta adc of first order?. My input frequency is 20 Hz and sampling frequency is 1 KHz.

    Please don't post the same question in multiple forums (and please read the forum guidelines at the top of each forum).

    Anyway, bit difficult to answer without all the background. if you can use IC615 there's the "spectrum assistant" in the waveform tool which makes this easier - and there's also an application note on Cadence Online Support. You might also want to contact customer support (via the same site).
