HI,

I want to calculate Dc gain of common source amplifier,i given all the paramerters and specications like sources(vindc, bais current &VDD),tr,periods etc.finally

i given vindc=650mv obtain vout=20.55mv then gain of cs amplifier is in negative value when VDD=3.3v

is there any modifications required  ?

if you don't mind ,iam the fresher to run spectre simulation. if you have  any source  paths/pdf with regarding of spectre simulator ,please share to me.

Thanks,

     Venkatasiva,

I split this post (please read the forum guidelines which tell you not to add to the end of other posts - particularly since this is not related to the earlier topic) and gave it a new title.

There is no chance anyone will be able to help you with the details above. It's quite possible that your circuit simply does not work properly, or that you've not connected something up correctly. I suggest you speak to your supervisor first?

As for help on spectre, use the documentation system that comes wth the simulator - <MMSIMinstDir>/tools/bin/cdnshelp .

    Regards,

    Andrew.
