Unkown parameter name phires found in expression error

I am using virtuoso design environment Version IC6.1.5-64b.500.15. When I run dc sweep simulation using VLNPN(Vertical Lateral NPN BJT), I get parameter `"cj_pix': Unknown parameter name `phires' found in expression." Error. I couldn't obtain help in any of the design manual. What should I do.?

I got it. It is a global switch for the substrate and it has to be set to either 0 or 1 depennding on the substrate nature of the device.
