Temperature Variation to only one FET?

Hello there,

I'm designing an OTA circuit and want to give a temperature range variation to only one device (Q1) which is one of the input for the ifferential pair and see how its temp variation affects to the circuit.

I have tried parametric analysis for the temperature sweep; but i've found that it is effective to the whole circuit not the Q1. Also I've tried changing Temperature rise from ambient for the Q1. but notice that it can't be set up as a range of temperature.

Is there any way to solve this problem?

Please help!

Thanks in advance.

    Hi Kim

Temperature sweep applies for the entire circuit so you will not be able to achieve your objective using temperature sweep. How about sweeping "trise" (temperature rise from ambient) parameter on your fet device? You can add a "trise" parameter to your device if it does not exists.

    Best regards

    Hello Quek,

Thanks for the reply. If you meat "Temperature Rise from Ambient" by trise, i did try. but found that  it doesnt let me set up a range of temperature. it only allows a specific value of temperature..  Or if you meant other thing by trise, i cant find the parameter. would you let me know how i can add it?

    Thanks for help.

    Hi Kim

You can sweep trise as shown in the picture below.

    Best regards
