Log directory gets created (taking up space)

Why does logs_name / directory gets created in my root directory. It is usually large and taking up all my space. What should I do to from occurring? Will it affect anything if I remove the log directory?

  • I don't think it is possible to change the location of the logs_userName dir (it should be in your working directory). I'm surprised it is large though.

    I wouldn't delete the contents whilst ADE XL is running - by all means delete it when you've exited though.

    Maybe you can contact customer support to file an enhancement request to change the location?
