Persistent placement of Ruler pop-up window

Does anyone out there have a solution to the following?:

While running CADENCE Virtuoso (version 6.1.5) within a GNOME environment and with

the 'Options Displayed When Commands Start' box checked within the User Preferences

pop-up window, the position of the Create Ruler pop-up window pops-up in the same screen

placement irregardless of  where it was last moved to. This is in contrast to all other pop-up

commands (Move, Stretch, etc.) which pop-up in a screen placement that they were last moved

to. Any help or hints would be much apprectiated! -Thanks!

This is because the Create Ruler command recreates the option form each time, rather than re-using it. I don't really have a good argument as to why that is, so I suggest you log a case with customer support to file a CCR to get that changed.

    Regards,

    Andrew.
