Getting weff or leff Value in DC Analysis

 Hello,

I would like to see the value of weff and leff after DC analysis (without any sweep, with savin DC OP). How do I call weff or leff in ADE 5.1 in outputs?

Note: Defining output as OP("/N18_0" "weff") does not work

Best,

Can

    Hi Can,

I wouldn't expect "weff" to be an operating point parameter, but an "output" parameter of the device. So try doing:

    pv("/N18_0" "weff" ?result "output")

    Regards,

    Andrew.
