SKILL program to find the minimum metal width on the net selected

Hi,

I am trying to write a skill code to find out the minimum metal width drawn on the selected net.

For example: I want to find out minimum metal width drawn on VDD/VSS bus from the topcell hierarchy.

I want to give option to run this code at hierarchical and flat mode.

Also want this code to return on what metal layer which is the min metal width.

Can anyone please advise.

Thanks in advance.
Regards,
Subhash
