Saving plotting options in output setup

Is there a way to save the plotting options in the outputs setup of either ADE or ADE XL?  For example, when I plot a spectrum using the calculator's dft() function, I generally change the line type from "spectral" to "line" and the frequency axis to log scale.  Doing this repeatedly is annoying, and for large monte-carlo runs it is infeasible.

Line thickness, numbers, etc. would also be nice to be able to set per-signal in the output pane.  I know some things can be set through the wavescan.trace environment variables, but the waveform does not seem to apply the environmental variable to the dft() case and in general I would like to specify things on a per-signal basis (i.e. I don't always want log scaling on the x axis).
