Regarding grid errors in ICFB layout.

I am getting grid errors for routing in the layout even though they are in multiples of grid. I am not getting grid errors for the devices.

And also I am not getting these erors for previous done layouts, they are comming only for edits done today.

Could anyone suggest me what to do?

For your information: These layouts are attached to the same PDK and there are no any errors in DRC rule file.

Not enough information to go on. You didn't say what tools you're using, where these grid errors are coming from, what versions, etc, etc. So it would be a wild stab in the dark as to what your problem is, let alone what the solution is!
