Set different temperature in a complete chip

 Hi,

 I'm wondering if it's possible to set individualy the temperature for each subcircuit with cadenceOA and mmsim ?

Imagine a cellview with temperature=125°C and another cellview = 80°C. 

 Possible ?

     Hi Loic,

    The latest 12.1 MMSIM releases support "temp" as spectre subcircuit instance paramter. Check the "What's New" section in the docu about it.

    It's easy to hack it into the netlist. If you work with schematics  you would need to add the parameter to the symbol and modify the CDF to have it netlisted.
