SpectreRF installed?

I am wondering if SpectreRF is installed with our IC615.06.15.511 and MMSIM11.10.445 installation. In the simulator option of ADE I only see hspiceD, Spectre, UltraSim, ams, SpectreVerilog and UltraSimVerilog simulator. Is there a way to check if SpectreRF is installed?

SpectreRF is not a separate simulator; the simulator is spectre, and SpectreRF is a licensed option to provide access to the RF analyses and features of spectre (eg PSS,PAC,pnoise,qp*,hb*). The multimode simulation license will also cover this (RF features take one additional token).

So you'd pick spectre as the simulator in ADE; provided that works, that's all you need.

     Regards,

    Andrew
