ADEXL Parametric Set Simulation

Hi,
I am trying to run a parametric set simulation in ADEXL, but i cannot do it. Basically i have Two variables, but i would like to control the sweep as shown below:
A = [1 2 3]
B = [4 5 6]
I would like to run only 3 simulations
1)A=1,B=4
2)A=2,B=5
3)A=3,B=6
However, currently ADEXL will perform 9 simulations, simulating each of the settings for set A against all options in set B. I know in ADEL there is a way to do this, but i was wondering if there is a way to do this in ADEXL.

Thank you,
Shayan

    This has been available in ADE XL since IC615 ISR12. In either the Data View assistant or the Variables and Parameters assistant, you can use the ctrl key in conjunction with the left mouse button to select multiple variables or parameters, and then on the Right Mouse button context menu pick "Group as parametric set" (see the picture attached).

    You can also add or remove variables from an existing parametric set (the parametric sets are highlighted with a different colour).

    You can have multiple parametric sets; within the parametric set the variables/parameters are swept together, but between groups they are swept orthogonally (i.e. every combination).

    Kind Regards,

    Andrew.

     Thanks a lot Andrew. As always, your advice was extremely helpful.

     I had one other question, is it possible to see a list of the simulations that will be run with the parameters that will be used? Currently, I can only see the number of simulations, it would be nice to be able to see a list descriping the sims.

     Thanks again,

    Shayan

    Shayan,

    Not yet, but there's an enhancement request for that (I think R&D are working on it).

    Regards,

    Andrew.
