How to perform auto submitting of jobs in ADE??

archive
archive over 18 years ago

Hi,

I am trying to find a way for auto submitting of jobs one after the other in Analog Design Environment. I found job monitor in the tools menu which might be of use.(??) Now I tried description of how to fill the forms ( Filters form etc) in that job monitor tool, but I found nowhere its description in the Cadence documentation. I checked the Analog Design Environment User Guide for any pointers, but invain.

Is there any other way to perform my task?? Or job monitor is the correct tool for that??

Thank you for your suggestion in advance.

Regards,
kishore.

You need to use the distributed processing setup. Read the documentation for that - /doc/distpro/distpro.pdf

If you are attempting to submit to a distributed setup, we support LSF, LBS (Cadence Proprietary), Sun Grid, and many others.

If you are trying to auto submit many jobs without user intervention, look at OCEAN for this.
