Have problem in ADE XL in simulating corner

hi,Andrew

Hope you have a good day.My cadence version is IC615-64b.when I simulated corner with ADE XL ,some of them successed, but most of them failed.I totally have 135 corner. I choose signle run.I did tran analysis.

it hint error like this:  *error* close:error closing file,*error* during netlisting of design for the point,*error* error ID=5012,*error* error msg=failed to creat netlist

When I open debug enviroment in ADE XL on these corner doing tran,it could not generate netlist. But if I use ADE L doing tran only for these corner,it work fine.If I use ADE L doing dc and tran (dc first ,then tran),it hint  sst2 error:No space left on device. This is strange.

Thanks any help in advance

    Andrew,

I have another question in this regard.  Lets say i have ran some tests (through different parameter setups) and they ran successfully and i have them in my history tab.  Now i have done some subtle changes in the design and want to run same sims again.  Now one method which is pretty clear is to right click on the history item and load them as active setup and rerun.  But it will create a new history item.  What i wanted to do is not to create a separate history item and just re-run the previous setup from history item and just overwrite the previous result (i don't want to compare them actually).  I don't see any such thing when i right click on history item eg interative.*** .

In present case, if i have an area constraint and have 15 history items to re-run after changes, it will eat up my area.  Or i have to delete the previous run after i fired the new ones one by one.  Also it is time consuming to load all 15 items one by one from hisoty item to active setup and run them.  Now i had 2 queries :

    1. Is there a way by which i can just overwrite it in on the same history item and area etc.

    2. Is there any other easy way to re-run all the history items (lets say i have 15 of them, which if you do one by one takes a lot of time) i have earlier ran, with a single click with new changes in schematic (can we create some script or do it through UI )

    Regards,

    Vivek
