ADE/ViVA Toggle Trace Visibility Bindkey

Hey everyone,

I'm looking to bind a key to toggle trace visibility in the waveform window.  Since there is none (that I know of) built-in, I spent a good deal of time with the Virtuoso ADE L Skill reference manual to try and isolate a set of commands that would work.  I can set the visibility state with awvSetWaveformDisplayStatus(), but I have no way of telling the function which x_waveIndex is the currently selected trace.  I also can't figure out any way to programmatically query the traces properties to tell if the trace is off or on either.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Version: IC6.1.5

I don't think this is possible. Since the new ViVA graph, the SKILL API is awaiting an overhaul and is rather incomplete. I would suggest you contact customer support to request this.

    Kind Regards,

    Andrew.

    Andrew,

Thanks so much for the reply. I will contact customer support with this so it hopefully makes it into a future release.
