Ghost of Dragged object

Anonymous
Anonymous over 12 years ago

In 5141 this works great. I can see the objects inside the selected cell as I move it. In 615 and 616 this seems to have gone away. There is a display setting for it but doesn't seem to do much. When I move and object in 615 it just disappears and I get an empty box. In 616 I get a box with the cell name in it. Is there a setting I am missing?

Any one else seen this behavior?

Thanks!

    Hi Rob,

Did you turn on True Color Drag (the environment variable is trueColorDrag)? If so you might have too many objects to ghost?  There is a maxDragFig setting that has a default value of 500. There is also a "ghostOfDraggedObjects" variable that seems to be related.

Check these layout environment variables to see if any help.

    regards,

    Lawrence.
