GaN Gate Drivers

I'm looking for any material (books/papers) regarding high speed gate driver ICs and the operation of GaN power transistors that includes theory and practical examples.
I have found a few documents including EPC's "Fundamentals of Gallium Nitride" but i feel the need to learn more to build a stronger understanding.
Does anyone have any suggestions? Your input is highly appreciated :)
Thank you :)

    Hi Hamzeh

I think perhaps this question would be more suitable on the "High speed IO" designer's forum. This forum is more for the discussion of Cadence custom IC tools. I found the following book in Amazon. Not sure if it will be useful for you. : )

GaN Transistors for Efficient Power Conversion

    Best regards
