Transien response of inverter

Hi to all.,

I have designed one inverter.

The DC characteristic was very good and i checked the output of the circuit inverter followed by inverter.

INV => INV.

The two outputs were good.

When i gave a pulse to check the transient response, the output was not coming. It is coming like a spike in positive half (for positive half of input) then reducing and maintaining a constant (-Ve ) value.

What may be the reason for this error ?

I have attached the two plots (1.INV-INV DC plot & 2.INV transient response)

Thanks

    Srini,

    I do not see the plots.  You need to use the Options tab to add images, and I think that you are limited to one per post, so you may need to do this over two posts.  You should be able to go back and edit your initial post to add 1 image there, and then make another post with the other image.

    Regards,
    Lawrence.

    Hi.,

    The problem was solved.

    When i changed the capacitance values @ Source and drai, functionality wsa good.

    Thanks
