Offset voltage measurement

I am desiging a low noise, low offset opamp using chopper stabilization and ripple reduction loop.

I need to know how to measure the offset voltage. Is it related to montecarlo simulation ?

pls guide me.

    Hi kapiljainwal

Actually I think any design parameter can be related to monte carlo. You should be able to find offset using the usual method of (output voltage - refernce voltage). It would indeed be good to run a monte carlo using ADE-XL to check on the possible range of variation.

    Best regards
