ERROR (SPECTRE-8390): Problem encountered in setting up the mpsc front end.

I got the above error message when I run the spectre (MMSIM111) with IC616.

The spectre can run by typing command on terminal, but it does not work on ADE.

the only thing working on ADE is APS. not spectre.

 Please help me.
