How to write the expression for two currents' signal and plot them with Temperature

I have to current, for example, one is /T1/S and another one is /T2/D, which can be plotted from Souce and Drain terminal of Transistor 1 and 2 seperately. I want to make a plot regarding the differences of these two currents vs. Temperature. 

I tried the expression IDC("/T1/S")-IDC("/T2/D"), but it did not work. Could anybody teach me how to write the correct expression in order to plot what I want? Thank you!
