How do I re-load the .cadence directory via SKILL w/o restarting a session?

I've searched documentation and submitted a ticket and find it hard to believe I'm the first person to ever have the need to re-load the .cadence directory. I have custom SKILL code loaded in the .cdsinit.user file which places a couple of key files in .cadence. However, due to the order, .cadence is loaded first. The tools don't see the files I placed unless a user re-starts their session (not desireable).

Any solutions out there..a secret trigger command.??

Thanks!!
