dcmatch amalysis

Hello all,

I would like to perform a dcmatch analysis.
In the model of resistor I got from the foundry, it does not include the data for dcmatch analysis.
However I tried to use the res device from analogLib. There, I tried to add the parameter mr needed for the simulator. However, this parameter does not go into the netlist and the results give a relative error of 0 :)

Could you explain me how I have to fill the parameters of the res instance in order to get it functionning with dcmatch analysis.

Great thks in advance,
Best regards,

Axel

    Hi Axel,

The dcmatch parameters need to be in the model file.

cdsdoc is always a good place to look for information.

You can also go to Sourcelink and view the appNote: "IC 5.0 Spectre dcmatch appNote"

    Regards,
    Eric
