Extraction AS/AD in Assura RCX

 Hello. I have a trouble with RCX extraction. After running RCX (output format is Extracted View) AS/AD, PS/PD parameters in my MOSFETs is zero. However when output format is LVS Extracted View all parameters are correct. Parameter ExtractMOSDiffusionAP=t when running RCX.  What I must to do, that AS/AD ... parameters in Extracted View correspond to their really values.

  • That option is obsolete. The idea is that AS/AD etc should be extracted in the LVS extraction deck, and RCX should not be doing it (they're not parasitic RC devices, after all). Presumably the LVS extraction deck is doing it as the LVS Extracted View is working.

    So please turn off ExtractMOSDiffusionAP and see if that fixes it?
