Is there anybody who had this cadence cell opening problem?

There is a library in Cadence, which I could not see any views and the library manager window keep refreshing when I click any cells in that library. My coworkers are using the same library and there is no problem for them to open it. I call the custmors service, and the answer is my VNC setting problem. Is there any expert here who can help me to fix it? Thanks in advance.
