Cadence IC 6.1.6 license error

To whom it may help

Recently, we are downloading and installing the newest version Cadence (IC6.1.6 and MMSIM 12.1...etc) from the europractice-ic, however, we get an error message: 

 \o *ERROR* (DB-320001): Unable to get the Cadence(R) Design Framework II license feature "111".

We have double checked our license sever setting , and believe it is fine.

Becase we can still use Cadence IC 5141 and Cadence IC 6.1.4, they all working fine.

But based on the same license setting, we can not invoke the Cadence IC 6.1.6

Any suggestion regarding this error ? Do we need to renew our license to specific include the Cadence IC 6.1.6?
