 How change MGRInDBU to fix warnings minWidth minSpacing?

     Hi,

    what release are you using?   ( CIW - Help - About) 

    This is probably a bug in the tech checker.

     I reproduced the same problem in a quick test in IC5141 (latest hotfix). I agree with Marc that it looks like a bug in the (now obsolete) tech checker. This has been replaced completely in IC61X and since IC5141 is no longer being maintained (the last hotfix was 2 years ago), you'll just have to ignore the warnings and errors.
