Nonlinear Capacitance

archive
archive over 17 years ago

I am trying to model a nonlinear capacitance in Orcad Capture 16. The capacitance value is supposed to vary with voltage. I found one guide on how this could be done (www.cadence.com/.../ANonlinearCapacitorModelForUseInPSpice.pdf) but it does not explain what the used parts are called. Question 1: In what libraries can I find the parts that are needed to model a nonlinear capacitance? Question 2: Where can I find information on the different libraries and the parts they contain?
