Hi All,

I'm looking for the signification of region numbers given by simulation of transistors in cadence when using the operating point analysis.

In other words, the simulation outputs a parameter named region. However this gives only a number. Could you give me the precise translation betweem numbers -> sat, off, subth, ...

    Hi,

    Enums in Spectre are numbered from 0, so for the bsim3v3 model, the region parameter has 5 possible values 0..4 (use spectre -h bsim3v3 to see the names), as follows off=0, triode=1, sat=2, ...
