pss simulation insufficient memory problem

I was trying to run a typical pss/qpss simulation of a mixer circuit. The simulation always crashes, saying insufficient memory. I checked the system resource, and was sure that system resource (including memory) was littlely used. Did anyone has similar situation and any tips to solve the problem? Otherwise I have to run transient simulation and do dft to check the result which is very painful. I am using icfb 5.10.41_USR3.27.

    Without getting into the details of your RF simulation, try reducing your data points, using the swapfile option, using the new parser (+csfe), and finally, 64bit Spectre.

    I strongly suggest using a newer version of Spectre (the USR3 version you are using dates back 2005). There have since been memory handling improvements in Spectre. Try using IC5141USR5 or better MMSIM6.2.

    So far, swap-file and save-selected, both in the output option and simulator option, help quite a bit. Though sometimes still get that crash issue.
