LVS error for MOS parameters

Hello all,

I got error message in LVS in parameters mismatch tool(Virtuoso XL), the message is :

Err: Sch MOS missing params: l,w ; Lay MOS W/L/NF 5e-06 1.8e-07 12

I don't have any idea about what this error means.If anyone has any idea about it then it will be a great help. Thank you.

The tool can't be Virtuoso XL because that's not an LVS tool
I suspect that you're probably using Assura, but not sure - I'm guessing.
Please read the forum guidelines - you really didn't give much information to help anyone help you. In particular, tool names, versions, and also the design kit that you are using.

Sorry for inconvenience, yes LVS tool is Assura and cadence tool is virtuoso front to back design environment (IC 5.1.41).

I think it's probably best to contact customer support - you still didn't mention the design kit, but we probably are going to need to see your data to be able to diagnose what is wrong. It might be something wrong with the design kit, but hard to tell.

hello all, I forget to answer after all, its just CDS_Netlisting_mode which was digital by default and when I switch it to analog it works!! I just post the answer after very long time because If someone having the same problem and doesn't have any mentor around in lab then do this thing!!!
